Answer:

A₂B₃

Explanation:

Well this question can be solved by a concept called Criss-Cross Method.

In Criss-Cross Method, the Elements are arranged in an order such that their valencies are written below them respectively.

Once the valencies are criss crossed and written, we get the chemical formula of the combination.

E.g. : A has a valency 1 and B has a valency 2. Then the chemical combination would be:

A   X   B

1    X   2

Now 2 goes to A and 1 goes to B. Hence the formula would become:

⇒ A ( 2 ) B ( 1 ) which is A₂B₁ or A₂B

According to the question given:

A has a valency 3 and B has a valency 2.

Hence we get,

A   X   B

3   X   2

⇒ A ( 2 ) B ( 3 )

⇒ A₂B₃

This is the required formula.

Hope it helped !!
