Here is your answer.

In 9 days , number of cow graze a field=44

In 1 day , Number of cow graze a field = 44×9

In 12 days, Number of cow graze a field is
 = \frac{44 \times 9}{12} \\ \\ = 33
So 33 Cow graze a field in 12 days

Hence
Number of cow less is 44 - 33
= 11

Therefore 11 cows less will graze a field in 12 days.

Here is your answer

Let cow is x which will graze in 12 days

Hence
44 : x = 12: 9
12 \times x = 44 \times 9 \\ x = \frac{396}{12} \\ x = 33
So
Number of cow is less = 44 - 33
= 11

Hope it helps you
