No. of postgraduates employees

= 40% of 450

= 40/100 × 450

= 180

So, there are 180 postgraduates employees in the organisation.

No. of employees who aren't postgraduates

= 450-180

= 270

OR

% of postgraduates employees = 40%

So, % of employees who aren't postgraduates

= (100-40)%

= 60%

No. of employees who aren't postgraduates

= 60% of 450

= 60/100 × 450

= 270

Hence, 450 employees are not postgraduates.
