52y = 598 × 100

y = 59800/52

no. of teachers ( in % ) = 100% - 52% + 46%

no. of teachers ( in % ) = 100% - 98%

no. of teachers ( in % ) = 2%

no. of teachers = 2% of 1150

no. of teachers = 2/100 × 1150

no. of teachers =2/10 × 115

no. of teachers = 23
