Height of cylinder= 10cm
radius of base= 3.5cm
Total surface area of the article =Curved surface area of the cylinder +2 surface area of hemisphere
=2πrh+2(2πr)
=2πr(h+2r) =2×22/7×3.5(10+2×3.5)cm^2
=374cm^2
