Thousand place = B

Hundred place = C

Tens place = D

Units Place = E

digit at the hundreds place is three-fourth of the digit at ten thousands place

=> C = (3/4)A

digit at tens place is two-third of the digit at hundreds place.

=> D = (2/3)C  = (2/3)(3/4)A  = A/2

The digit at tens place is square of the smallest prime number

square of the smallest prime number = 2² = 4

D = 4

=> 4 = A/2

=> A = 8

C = (3/4)A  =  6
