Steps to solve-

  • .Firstly you have to find factors of given numbers.
  • Then you have two make pair of two's. For example : x, y, y and x are the factors of z then the pair is x*x and y*y
  • After that you multiply the number which you have obtain from pairs. For example you have got pair x*x and  y*y after that you have to multiply x*y.

Now come to your question,

Given number = 47089

Now we have to find prime factor of 47089

\begin{array}{r | 1} 7 & 47089 \\ \cline{2-2} 7 & 6727 \\ \cline{2-2} 31 & 961 \\ \cline{2-2} 31 & 31 \\ \cline{2-2} & 1 \end{array}

Now we have to write factors of 47089 and make pairs of two's.

47089 = (7 × 7 ) × (31 × 31)

After that we have to multiply the numbers which we get from pairs.

7 × 31

= 217 answer.

Square root of 47089 is 217.
