NOW THIS RATIO IS SAME FOR RAGHAV AS GIVEN IN THE QUESTION

3X:2X

3x + 2x = 20

5x = 20

x = 4

therefore , raghav have 3x=3*4=12 books of author A and 2x=2*4=8 books of author B

THEREFORE, 12-8=3 ; kiran have 3 books more than raghav
