 \cos {}^{ - 1} (2x - 1) \\ let \: x =  \cos {}^{2a} or \: cos(a) =   \frac{ + }{ - x}   \\  = cos {}^{ - 1} (2cos {}^{2a}  - 1) \\  = cos {}^{ - 1} .cos2a \\  = 2a
