1km \:  = 1000m \:  =   > 1m =  \frac{1}{1000}  km \\ 1hour = 3600sec \:  =  > 1sec =  \frac{1}{3600} hour  \\  \\  \frac{1m}{1sec}  =  \frac{ \frac{1}{1000}km }{ \frac{1}{3600}hour }  =  \frac{3600}{1000} \frac{km}{hour}   \\  \\  \frac{1m}{1sec}  =  \frac{18}{5}  \frac{km}{hour}  \\  \\  \\ 480 \frac{m}{sec}  = 480 \times \frac{18}{5}  \frac{km}{hour}  = 1728 \frac{km}{hour}  \\  \\
