|| 49 x^2 + 2x z + ( 1 / 49 z^2
= (7 x )^2 + 2 ( 7x ) ( 1 / 7 z ) + ( 1 / 7 z )^2
use identity :
a^ 2 + 2ab + b^2 ) = ( a + b )^2
= 7x + 1/ 7 z ) ^2
= ( 7x + z / 7 )^2
= ( 7x + z / 7 ) ( 7x + z / 7 )

TheLostMonk:
there is minor mistake in your answer : when you split 2xz , then it will be = 7z × 1/ 7z . , ,, you have written 1/49 z in place of 1/7z
