4 {a}^{2}  - 9(b + c)

 = (2a) ^{2}  - (3) ^{2} ( b + c)

using  \: a^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

 = (2a + 3)(2a - 3)(b + c)
