First take the LCM of both the denominators

the LCM is 24

then divide the denominator of both by 24

if we divide 6 4 will come and multiply it with 4 ,4×4 =1637 by 24

then divide 8 3 will come and multiply it with 7 , 7×3= 21

then add 21 and 16

21+16=37

so the fraction becomes
