2m+1/m=7

Squaring,both the sides in the above equation,we get----

(2m+1/m)²=(7)²

We know that (a+b)²=a²+b²+2ab

=>(2m)²+(1/m)²+2×2m×1/m=49

=>4m²+1/m²+4=49

=>4m²+1/m²=49-4

=>4m²+1/m²=45
