Let side of square park is X metre.

Area of Path= Area with path - Area of park

Area of Park= Area with path - Area of path

A = {(X+8) ×(X+8)} -320

Or, X^2=X^2 +16X +64-320

Or, 16X= 256

Or,X= 16

So area of Park is X^2=196

Ans- 196 sq meter
