4s²-4s+1=4s²-2s-2s+1
=2s(2s-1)-1(2s-1)
=(2s-1)(2s-1)
Therefore,zeroes are 1/2 & 1/2

\boxed{Hi \: friend}

 \color{green}solution :

<br />\star \: <br />\underline{factorisation} \\ \\ 4s {}^{2} - 4s + 1 \\ \\ <br />\implies4s {}^{2} - 2s - 2s + 1 \\ \\ <br />\implies2s(2s - 1) - 1(2s - 1) \\ \\ <br />\implies \: (2s - 1)(2s - 1) \\ \\ \: <br />\implies(2s - 1) {}^{2} \\ \\ <br />\underline{now} \\ \\ (2s - 1) {}^{2} = 0 \\ \\ <br />\implies \: 2s - 1 = 0 \\ \\ <br />\implies \: s = \frac{1}{2}

therefore the zeroes are s = 1/2 and s = 1/2.

\boxed{hope\: it\: helps}
