4x -  \frac{1}{3}  =  \frac{1}{3}  + x \\ 4x - x =  \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{1}{3}  \\ 3x =  \frac{1 + 1}{3}  \\ 3x \times 3 = 2 \\ 9x = 2 \\ x =  \frac{2}{9}
