(4x = 13y+6)+(2x+6y = 2) = ?

First convert eqn 1 into the form of eqn 2.

4x = 13y+6

4x-13y = 6

Now add it.

4x-13y = 6

2x+6y. = 2

4x-13y+2x+6y = 6+2

6x-7y = 8

Hope it helps !!!
