4x² - 13x + 3

{\large{\underbrace{\underline{\bf{Answer:-}}}}} \\

4x² - 13x + 3

4x² - (12 + 1) x + 3

4x² - 12x - x + 3

4x (x - 3) - 1 (x - 3)

(4x - 1) (x-3)

★ Helping Hand -

First multiply the "numbers" of first and last term. Here, it is 4 and 3

4 × 3 = 12

Now, factorise 12 such that their addition is equal to 13. Sometimes, subtracting the factorised numbers can also give the answer.

Now factorise generally and take common out.

Hope this helps uh! ♡
