4x^2 - 5x+ 1 plzz answer the question if u don't know the answer so there is no need to write that i don't know and all that don't be foolish​

Answer:

firstly we need to multiply 4 to 1 so to do middle term spilt

therefore, 4x^2 - (4+1)x+1

= 4x^2 - 4x-1x+1

= (4x^2-4x) - (x-1)

= 4x(x-1) - 1(x-1). (taking common)

= (x-1)(4x-1)

note : sign change is to be done very carefully
