HERE'S YOUR ANSWER FRIEND,

==> 4x² + 9x + 2 = 0

==> 4x² + 8x + x + 2 = 0

==> 4x(x + 2) + 1(x + 2) = 0

==> (4x + 1)(x + 2) = 0

==> x = -1/4 OR x = -2
