4x^2 + ax - 9 = ( 2x + 3 )^2

》4x^2 + ax - 9 = ( 2x )^2 + ( 3 )^2 + 2 ( 2x )( 3 )

》4x^2 + ax - 9 = 4x^2 + 9 + 12x

》ax - 12x = 9 + 9

》ax - 12x = 18

》x ( a - 12 ) = 18

》( a - 12 ) = 18/x

》a = 18/x + 12

[ Note :- If their is "+ 9" in LHS equation then yhe value x is 12 ]

Hii friend,

4X² + aX -9 = (2X+3)²

4X²+aX - 9 = (2X)² + (3)² + 2 × 2X × 3

4X²+aX-9 = 4X²+ 9 + 13X

aX-9 = 9+13X

13X-aX= -9-9

13X-aX = -18

X(13-a) = -18

13-a = -18/X

-a = -18/X-13

-a = -18-13X/X

-a = -31

a = 31
