4x + 2y = 16
2x + 4y = 10

ANSWER :- y = 2/3 , x = 11 /3

4x + 2y = 16 by taking common fator 2

2x + y = 8 ------(1)

2x + 4y = 10 ----(2)

(1)-(2)

==> -3 y = -2

y = 2/3

2x + y = 8 ----------------(1)

2x = 8 - 2/3

= 22 / 3

x = 11 / 3
