Answer:

Given,

4x + \sf\frac{3}{2} = \sf\frac{x}{2} - 5

To Find :-

Value of 'x'

Solution :-

4x + \sf\frac{3}{2} = \sf\frac{x}{2} - 5

Transposing all variable terms to Left side and all constant terms to Right side.

4x - \sf\frac{x}{2} = -5 - \sf\frac{3}{2}

L.C.M of 1,2 = 2

\sf\frac{4x(2)-x}{2} = \sf\frac{-5(2)-3}{2}

\sf\frac{8x-x}{2} = \sf\frac{-10-3}{2}

\sf\frac{7x}{2} = \sf\frac{-13}{2}

7x = 2 × \sf\frac{-13}{2}

7x = -13

x = \sf\frac{-13}{7}
