4x+3/3=4x-1/2+1/2
4x+3/3=4x/2
8x+6=12x
6=4x
x=3/2=1.5

 \frac{4x + 3}{3}  =  \frac{4x - 1 + 1}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{4x + 3}{3} =  \frac{4x}{2}   \\  \\  =  > 8x + 6 = 12x \\  \\  =  > 6 = 12x - 8x \\  \\  =  > 4x = 6 \\  =  > x =  \frac{6}{4}   =  \frac{3}{2}  = 1.5
