\mathsf{Given :\;\dfrac{4x - 3}{2x + 6} = \dfrac{3}{2}}

On Cross Multiplying, We get :

\mathsf{\implies 2(4x - 3) = 3(2x + 6)}

\mathsf{\implies 8x - 6 = 6x + 18}

\mathsf{\implies 8x - 6x = 6 + 18}

\mathsf{\implies 2x = 24}

\mathsf{\implies x = \dfrac{24}{2}}

\mathsf{\implies x = 12}
