Step-by-step explanation:

4x+3y=132-------(1)

15x-6y= -126-----(2)

4x+3y=132

=>4x=132-3y

=>x=(132-3y)/4

substituting the value of x in equation (2) we can get

15x-6y= -126

=>15×(132-3y)/4-6y= -126

=>(1980-45y-24y)/4= -126

=> -69y+1980= 4×(-126)

=> -69y+1980= -504

=> -69y= -504-1980

=> -69y= -2484

=> y = -2484/-69

=>y=36

x=(132-3y)/4

=(132-3×36)/4

=(132-108)/4

=24/4

=6

so x=6 y=36
