Answer:

4x + 3y = 4 equation 1

6x + 5y = 8 equation 2

Comparing equation 1 with a1x + b1y = c1 we get ..

a1= 4 b1 = 3 and c1 = 4

Comparing equation 2 with a2x + b2y = c2 we get ..

a2 = 6 b2= 5 c2= 8

D = a1/a2 × b1/b2

= 4/6 × 3/5

= 4×5 - 3×6

= 20-18

D = 2

Dx = c1/c2 × b1/b2

= 4/8 × 3/5

= 4×5 - 3×8

= 20 - 24

Dx = -4

Dy = a1/a2 × c1/ c2

= 4/6 × 4/8

= 4×8 - 4×6

= 32 - 24

Dy= 8

x= Dx/ D

= -4/2

= -2

y = Dy/ D

= 8/2

= 4

(x,y) = (-2,4) is the solution for the given equation.
