4 x + 3y = 43 ; 3x - 2y = 11

solution

4x + 3y = 43

4x = - 3y + 43

x = 1 / 4 ( - 3y + 43 )

x = - 3 / 4 y + 43 / 4

3 ( - 3 / 4 y + 43 / 4 ) - 2y = 11

- 9 / 4 y + 129 / 4 - 2y = 11

- 17 / 4 y + 129 / 4 = 11

- 17 y = - 85 / 4

y = 5

x = - 3 / 4 × 5 + 43 / 4

x = - 15 + 43 / 4

x = 7, y = 5
