p(-2)=4(-2)^4+2(-2)^3-p(-2)-28
       =56-16-2p-28
       =12-2p
As p(x) is the factor of f(x)

12-2p=0
-2p= -12
p= -12/-2
p=6

p(-2)=4(-2)^4 +2(-2)^3-p(-2) -28=0
4*16+2*(-8)-px-28=0
64-16-px-28=0
20-px=0
20-p(-2)=0
20+2p=0
20=-2p
p=-20/2
p=-10
