We can do this answer by using the fourth identity i.e. (x+a)(x+b)=x^2+x(a+b)+ab
Here, x=4x, a=5 and b=1...
It implies that 4x^2+4x(5+1)+(5*1)= 16x2+24x+5
-----------------------
So here, we got the answer
16xsquare+24x+5 as the final answer
