(4x + 5y)(4x - 5y) = (4 {x}^{2} ) -( 5 {y}^{2} ) \\  = 16 {x}^{2}  - 25 {y}^{2}

where,

a = 4x \: and \:  \: b = 5y \\ identity = (a +  b)(a - b) =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}
