4x+6/y=15 equation 1

6x-8y=14equation 2

solve equation 1

4x + 6= 15y

4x=15y-6

x= 15y-6/4 this is equation 3

put the value of equation 3 in 2

6(15y-6/4)-8/y=14

90y--36/4- 8/y =14

90y-9-8/y=14

90y-9-8= 14y

90y-17-14y=0

76y=17

y=17/76
