Step-by-step explanation:

4x-7y+28=0

4x-7y= (-28)

4x = (-28)+7y

x = (-28)+7y /4

7x-5y=9

7(  \frac{ - 28 + 7y}{4} ) - 5y = 9

 (\frac{28 - 28 + 7y}{4} ) - 5y = 9

 \frac{28 - 28 + 7y - 20y}{4}  = 9

  \frac{ - 13y}{4}  = 9

 - 13y = 36

y = ( - 3)

4x-7y = (-28)

4x -7(-3) = (-28)

4x +21 = (-28)

4x = -49

x = -49/4

x = - 12.2

Hope this helped:)
