3x + 2y - 35 =0

or, 3x + 2y = 35---------(ii)×4

From equation (i) & (ii), we get,

12x - 27y=0

12x + 8y =140

---------------------------------------------------------

(subtracting) or, - 35y = -140

or, y = 140/35

or, y = 4

puting the value of y in equation--(i), we get

4x - 9×4 = 0

or, 4x = 36

or, x = 9

So, x = 9 & y = 4
