➡️4x - 5y = k

Here, a1 = 4; b1 = -5 and c1 = k

➡️2x - 3y = 12

Here, a2 = 2; b2 = -3 and c2 = 12

For the 2 equations to have unique solutions,

a1/a2 ≠ b1/b2

Since k doesn't affect the condition for the equation to have a single solution, k can take any real value.
