{({5}^{ - 1}  \div   { \frac{1}{4} }^{ - 1} } )^{2}  \\  =  {(\frac{1}{5}   \div  \frac{4}{1} })^{2}  =  {( \frac{1}{20}) }^{2}  =  \frac{1}{400}
