$5 + \frac{1}{2} - 4 \times \frac{4}{4} + 5(2 + 5) \times 5 \\ = 5 + \frac{1}{2} - 4 \times 1 + 5 \times 7 \times 5 \\ = 5 + \frac{1}{2} - 4 + 175 \\ = \frac{10 + 1 - 8 + 350}{2} \\ = \frac{353}{2} \\ =176 \frac{1}{2} \\ or \: 176.5$
