we have to make all the powers positive

so, we will take reciprocals of the fraction so that powers becomes pisitive,

5 \times 5 - (4) {}^{2}  \times  (\frac{4}{3} ) {}^{2}

 = 25 - 4 \times 4 \times 4 \times  \frac{4 \times 4}{3 \times 3}

 = 25 -  \frac{1024}{9}

 =  \frac{225 - 1024}{3}

=-799/3

=-266.33
