To Solve:

(√5 + √2)²

Solution:

(√5 + √2)²

Using the identity (a+b)² = a² + b² + 2ab

Here, a = √5 and b = √2, so:

=> (√5)² + (√2)² + 2(√5)(√2)

=> 5 + 2 + 2 (√10)

=> 7 + 2√10, which is the required answer.

Therefore we can conclude,

(√5 + √2)² = 7 + 2√10
