 (5 +  \sqrt{2} )(3 +  \sqrt{5} )

 = 5 \times (3 +  \sqrt{5} ) +  \sqrt{2} \times (3 +  \sqrt{5})

 = (5 \times 3) +( 5 \times  \sqrt{5})  + ( \sqrt{2}  \times 3) + ( \sqrt{2}  \times  \sqrt{5} )

 = 15 + 5 \sqrt{5}  + 3 \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{10}

= 33.58525823....
