 {(x + y)}^{2}  =  {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  + 2xy
 {(5 + 2 \sqrt{6})}^{2}  =25 + 24 + 2(5)(2 \sqrt{6} )
 {(5 - 2 \sqrt{6} )}^{2}  = 25 + 24 - 2(5)(2 \sqrt{6})
(5 + 2 \sqrt{6} )(5 - 2 \sqrt{6} ) = 25 - 24 = 1
Add above first two quantities and multiply the third quantity by (-10) => 49+20√6+49-20√6-10=>
