 =  \frac{ {(5 - 2 \sqrt{6})}^{2} }{ {5}^{2} - (2 \sqrt{6})^{2}   }

 = \frac{25 + 24 - 20 \sqrt{6} }{25 - 24}

 = 49  - 20 \sqrt{6}
