To find square root of surds,in this case you should make it in form of a^2+b^2+2ab

Here:

5+2√(6)

=√(2)^2+√(3)^2+2√(2)√(3)

=[√(2)+√(3)]^2

now square root of 5+2√(6)is

√{[√(2)+√(3)]^2}

=√(2)+√(3)

SO answer is √(2)+√(3
