Question :

To solve the equation 5(2x-3) = 6 + 3(3x-7)

Solution :

5(2x-3)=6+3(3x-7)\\\\\\10x-15=6+9x-21\\\\\\10x-15=9x-21+6\\\\\\10x-15=9x-15\\\\\\10x-9x=-15+15\\\\\\x=0

Checking :

5(2x-3) = 6 + 3(3x-7)

Taking x to be 0

5(2x-3)=6+3(3x-7)\\\\\\5((2\times0)-3)=6+3((3\times0)-7)\\\\\\5\times(0-3)=6+3(0-7)\\\\\\5\times-3=6+3\times-7\\\\\\-15=6+-21\\\\\\-15=-15

Answer :

Therefore the value of  x is 0
