this sum is solve with this manner that if here 5+3=28. first we have to subtract 3 from 5 = 2 and now we have to add both 5+3 =8 so it is equal to 28

9 + 1 = 810 means,
9 -1 = 8
9 +1 = 10

Again,
5 + 4 = 19 means ,
5 - 4 = 1
5 + 4 = 9

So, now you observed that ,
7 + 3 = (7-3)(7+3) = 410

Hence answer is 410
