First open the brackets

5-15x-6=28-12x+1

Now bring all the x in one side

-15x+12x=28-1-5+6

-3x=27-5+6

-3x=28

x=28/-3

2+8=10 So it can't be divided by 3.( I used the method that when we add the 2 digits we should get the multiple of 3. 10 is not the multiple so it remains the same )

x=28/-3
