Solution:-

 {5}^{3 - m}  \times  {25}^{5m - 2}  = 625 \\  {5}^{3 - m}  \times ( {5 ^{2} })^{5m - 2}  =  {5}^{4}  \\  {5}^{3 - m}  \times  {5}^{10m - 4}  =  {5}^{4}  \\ when \: the \: bases \: are \: same \\ 3 - m + 10m - 4 = 4 \\ 3 + 9m = 0 \\ m =  \frac{ - 3}{9}  \\ m =  \frac{ - 1}{3}
