Hey mate here's your answer -:

5(3 - x) + 1 = 3(x + 4)

15 - 5x + 1 = 3x + 12

16 - 5x = 3x + 12

16 - 12 = 3x + 5x

4 = 8x

x =  \frac{4}{8}  =  \frac{1}{2}
