molar mass of Na2CO3 = 23 x 2 +12 +3 x 16 => 46 +12+ 48=> 106 grams per mole.

So, 5.3 grams of Na2CO3 is 5.3/106 moles => 0.05 moles of Na2CO3.

volume of solution = 100/1000 litres => 0.1 litres

molarity = (moles of solute)/litres of solution

=> 0.05/0.1 => 0.5 M (molar)

Hence, molarity of solution is 0.5 molar.
